looking to display a url during post-functions of post function

I have a Jira cloud workflow where if user clicks on a transition button I'd like to throw up one of our internal webpages. Is there any way to accomplish kicking off a browser with one of our urls? I saw back in 2011 someone had asked about this this without luck, so I'm hoping things have changed since then?

Hi Bhushan,

Thanks for the information. After reading this, I opted to use a URL field to store link, full it in during Post instructions and have user manually click on link in field.
