Hi Team,
GITIS CRM Atlassian confluence and Jira predates the DfE instance and ours was used as a model to setup the main DfE account. However the main DfE subscription has outgrown the CRM Atlassian jira+confluence. As such we need to move our instance to the DfE main one.
So really to migrate the CRM data into DfE hosted one and decommission the CRM side, so everything is in one place. what methods can we explore to get this done?
regards
Maurice
Hello @maurice_gomez ,
Currently there is not an official option to merge two instances, however this is in the works, As covered in the most recent update to the feature request to implement project imports on July 30th 2021, there is an option to reach out to our support teams if you are interested in participating in the early access closed beta:
Atlassian Update – July 30, 2021Hi everyone,
Thank you for your continued support and patience as we are making progress on the cloud-to-cloud migration release as part of the early access program.
Today I am happy to share that we have invited the final batch of customers for the early access program. During this phase we selected customers who are looking to move between instances over the month of August.
If you want to participate in the program, please reach out to the support team.
During Phase 2 of the program, we were able to identify 14 more bugs. We truly appreciate all the EAP participants who tried the product and gave their valuable feedback.
As a final piece, we will be sharing a short survey to get further feedback about your experience with the tool and how we can improve it further.
Best wishes,
Ritesh Ranjan

So If you would be interested in trying this out in the closed beta please file a support request at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ mentioning your interest and the feature request JRACLOUD-72570 to get things started.
Alternatively, I would recommend looking at the CSV migration method covered in the following KB article to do a direct data import using the Admin CSV export and import method:

Earl
