we have trying to reset user login password but user has do not received any mail from atlasian.

To troubleshoot Jira Cloud password reset email issues, first verify the email address used is correct and associated with an existing Atlassian account.
Check spam/junk folders for the email and ensure emails from @id.atlassian.com
are not blocked. For managed accounts, password resets may need to be handled by the single sign-on provider.
