mail not received when we have reset user password

we have trying to reset user login password but user has do not received any mail from atlasian.

If the user didn’t receive the password reset email, here are a few things you can check:

  • Spam or Junk Folder - Sometimes the email ends up there
  • Email Domain Blocked - Check if your mail server or firewall is blocking Atlassian emails
  • Email Address - Make sure the user's email address is accurate and active.
  • Atlassian Email Status Page - You can check if there are any ongoing email delivery issues here: https://status.atlassian.com/ 

If everything looks fine and the email still isn’t received, I’d recommend raising a support ticket with Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @pravin tepan ,

To troubleshoot Jira Cloud password reset email issues, first verify the email address used is correct and associated with an existing Atlassian account.

Check spam/junk folders for the email and ensure emails from @id.atlassian.com are not blocked. For managed accounts, password resets may need to be handled by the single sign-on provider.

If the problem persists, contact Atlassian Support for assistance
