manage organizations

hi, i create organization for customers, but i cannot change filter, how i can managed filter for organization ?

Can you explain better? I don't understand the meaning of: how i can managed filter for organization ?

In Jira Service Desk project you can define and manage organization, add/remove customer and so forth. Where you apply filter?
