As a user , im not member for project x , just menber in project y , so may i search issues from the project x ? that im not members ?

If you have "browse project" for it, then you will be able to see the issues in it.

If you do not have "browse", then no, you won't see it (So you can't search on it)

Hi @Karim Belhadj,

To search the issues in project X, you have to have the browse permission for project X.
