Sorry for my english.
Hi all.
Does Jira cloud has builtin or may be modules functionality to mention the author of the task if it has been in test status for a long time?
For example author created task, programmer wrote code and moved task to test state. If task in this state more than 5 days some function must write comment in task with author mention.
If you consider third-party solutions, SLA Time and Report from Atlassian Marketplace could help you.
This tool lets you set SLA timer for issues witch come into the test status or other status you need. There are you can configure time limits and automate actions for issues: comment to some user, changing assigned, priority or status.
Hope it helps

Run a search for issues that match the criteria (for example, been in status for more than x amount of time). Save it as a filter. Then use "subscribe to filter" - this will email whomever you choose with a list of issues matching your selection regularly, without spamming the comments

yes, currently we use such approach. But I want to move from emails to comments.

Ok, that's not a great idea, as you end up with loads of reminder comments that are pretty much just noise in the long run, and are totally unfocussed (everyone has to suffer them, not just the people it matters to).
But, yes, you can do it. You'll need to use one of the scripting apps (unless you're willing to write your own app to do it) to code up a service that runs regularly, finds issues in that state (probably using the same filter from the subscription answer) and comments on the issues it finds.
