Mentioning users in the ticket comment by @User name, email notification is sending while we mention the user name.
But his\her name is not adding in the ticket watchers list, Is this normal behavior ?
Is this possible to fix the issue?

Hi @Thangavel VELUCHAMY Yes, It is normal behavior, If you want watcher should receive the notification you have to add the watcher manually. I agree with @Jack Brickey and @KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH

@username in comment is mentioning, for this only once they receive email.
Watchers --> will receive all notifications when there is a change happened on Issue.
