migrate artifacts from one project to another

I know, I can migrate issues from one project to another. Likewise, can I migrate or copy other artifacts of a project, such as issue template, dashboard, sprint, users, etc, from one project to another?

Also, is there a JIRA documentation that explains the migration of artifacts from one project to another?

JIRA doesn't have issue templates.  Dashboards belong to users, and sprints belong to Scrum boards.  There's no project to project copy to be done there because they're not project objects.

Users is the only thing on your list, and that's not an automatic thing, you need to add your users into the right roles in the new project
