Currently our Jira is talking to Crowd(Delgated AD authentication) for user authetiction and Jira permissions are configured using Crowd groups. 

I'd like to use AD groups for jira permissions instead of Crowd groups. How do I go about configuring AD groups in projects, dashboards, filters, etc,,? Is there an automated tool to replace Crowd groups with corresponding AD groups?
