migration cloud to server

Our company/group currently has a cloud instance of JIRA Agile.  We are considering moving to JIRA Agile on an in house server.  Can you please let us know the process to back up our cloud instance and the effort and instructuions for getting the data into a new locally hosted instance.  Will there be any compatibility issues we need to consider?
