When using cloud migrator I get the following error:
ERROR AM project-import We couldn't import Issue AM-xxx because of 1 missing dependencies: User 'user@blabla.com'. This caused 6 other items to fail. Check the reasons for the missing dependencies on your server site.
How do I check for the missing dependencies on our server site?
Hello @Peter Wilson (FITLG)
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
When you say you are doing a Cloud migration, I suppose you are trying to migrate from one Jira Cloud site to another. Is that correct?
The error you are facing means that some Jira features are associated with the user 'user@blabla.com', which does not exist or is not allowed to have any association in the target site where the data will land. I would suggest you the following steps to properly troubleshoot it:
In order to provide you with further troubleshooting steps and documentation, please let us know if one of the sites in your migration process is in Server and what is the documentation you are following.
Hi @Peter Wilson ,
in my current Server- to- Cloud migration i get the same error message.
But there are different currciumstands: There is no users with the mentioned username in the errormessage. I cannot change any connection because this users does not exist.
