missing top menu bar in Structure

I can no longer see/use the top BLUE menu bar when using Structure. It disappeared and I can't find any source that tells me how to get it back (and stay back).

Hello Joyperez,

Please check if you're using the Full Screen mode in your structure. When enabled, the Full Screen mode hides Jira top menu as well as Structure's toolbar panel.

To check if the view is enabled or not, please click the Layout button in the very top right corner of your structure(the icon of the button shows three dots). If the 'Full Screen' option is selected, please click on it to disable it.

But if the option is not selected and Jira menu is not shown, please contact us directly at support.almworks.com and we will look into this problem properly.

Hello JoyPerez,

Did you try below steps? 

1. Shutdown JIRA instance

2. Clear off the browser cache and cookies

3. Restart JIRA instance
   
   

If that didn't work then I would try to reinstall structure plugin or update structure.
