After I edited the description of a ticket and save successfully, and reopen the ticket again the next day, I can view the edited content if I open the ticket. But once I click the description area and want to edit it again, the content would turn back to the previous version instantly. I tried to refresh my Jira board but it's useless. What should I do to edit my ticket again successfully?
I just tested in my own cloud setup and it seems fine. Each time I edit and click save...the new changes appear. I know if you just edit and accidentally miss the save the content will revert back.
