Hi,
We use nfeed service to provide user pickup list. But we met a performance problem after jira service is running around a week. We have to restart jira server and the nfeed performance will come back to normal. Could you please giude us how to find out the root cause, such as memory usage or nfeed setting for this issue?
Thanks,
Hello,
please comment and ask your question directly in the ticket.
It gives a better follow up.
Someone can explain you there how nFeed works with cache settings.
Thanks a lot for your understanding,
Diep
we found the jira code cache will be comsumed and caused the problem. We just find some configuration change could adjust this. But it is under verifying. Could you provide some nFeed information which is related to code cache setting?

Hello,
as specified in the ticket by our support team on 31st of March, for DB connection, this should be asked to your system administrator.
As for the other question, it was answered as well, as it is available in our documentation too.
Have a nice day
