need a component change to trigger an assignee change

Currently using JIRA 4.1.

SCENARIO: ISSUE-1234 created with component A and auto assigns to component lead A. It's determined the issue is assigned the incorrect component. Issue is edited and assigned component B and needs to be assigned to component lead B.

Is it possible to have the assignee field update automatically to component lead B when the update event is triggered?

insted of Edit operation - can u add a new transtion like " Edit Component" - then in the post fucntion you can control the assingee
