need help to get details for jira on cloud and on premise implementation

I Need information for Jira on cloud implementation with integration of Microsoft Active Directory , we have 3000 users in our organization and approximately 300 user will be concurrent , so i need details of the resources on the cloud(CPU,RAM,Disk Space, Operation Systes, Database, bandwidth, Support etc) , it will be host as a IAAS or PAAS ,

With Jira Cloud, you don't need any of that.  You buy the service and it is run for you.  If you hook it up to your Active Directory via identity manager, you will need worry about those things, but for your AD servers, not the Atlassian Cloud.

so for the 3000 users what is best recommendation for the hardware and if files size going to high so how we will increase the space and for the on premise what kind of specification and operating system in required for jira with Microsoft Active Directory Integration
