no possibilty to add new attachments to resolved ticket

If you want to resolve an ticket and want to add a new appendix it is not possible via the "Attachement Button". You can only choose existing attachments from the ticket.

I suspect this is because your issues are non-edible once they are in the resolved status. If you have just a couple of these just re-open them add your attachment and close them again
