no possible data extration from JIRA

Hello community,

I have a question concerning JIRA - version: Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software (v7.3.7#73018-sha1:17f7a2e).
Since this version, it is no longer possible to extract any data from a board. How can I extract the backlog or the actual Sprint in a file? I have to report the old/new Sprint and for that I fill in several JIRA fields in Excel for the management. I want to show you this with a hardcopy but it isn't possible to add a file.

Thanks for yours answers.

Run a filter that gets the issues you need ("sprint = X" for an active scrum board for example) and use the export options (csv, xml, etc) from the issue navigator.

You have two options.

1) Use REST API.

2) Get data from database via SQL.
