non-profit discount for jira agile ondemand

Is there any non-profit discount for JIRA Agile OnDemand? While I understand that non-profits can't use JIRA OnDemand unless they purchase a commercial license, is there any discount at all? Like a 50% discount off the commercial license?

Anyone can use JIRA OnDemand you just have to sign up and pay the bill. 

If you are asking "is there a discount for non-profits on JIRA OnDemand...?", there isn't something listed on any of their pages that I have seen and I don't think it exists. You should open up a ticket with them and ask.
