not able to access JIRA instance.

I keep getting this.

Welcome to community :)

Could you please check below details 

  • Make sure that you are running the latest browser version, which is compatible with the cloud environment.

  • Clear the browser cache so that old information is cleared. For example, in Google Chrome.

  • Run the browser in incognito mode to see if this is affected by stored information on the browser.

  • Manually disable the extensions to avoid any of them possibly blocking the content from being loaded.

  • Try on a different machine/environment so we can discard possible different configurations
