not able to load the SQL+JQL driver configuration

I received reports that the users can not load the SQL+JQL driver configuration. 

They receive, please reload the page 

Has anyone had experience with that?

Hi @IT Administrator ,

I don't think any users have access to the SQL+JQL driver properties let alone to load the configuration.

Could you provide more details as to:

  1. what is the user expected to action?
  2. what are the users actioning?
  3. what is the result of the action?
