I never receive email notification from jira.
mention, create , change anything else doesn't send notification at all.
I also see the page for support and check the setting.
but everything is looks fine.
could you help me ?

If you are not receiving any emails from Atlassian, you need to submit a support ticket to Atlassian to see if you are on the suppression list for your email address.
