I'm not receiving а password reset email for my account in Jira: bisera.ivanova@flowscape.se

It is not in the junk folder either.

I would suggest you to reach out to you Jira admin. Community can hardly help on issue related to authentication/password recovery situations. I would also recommend not to share your email over internet, to avoid getting spammed.
