notification when a story is added to a sprint

we (project managers/producers) would LOVE to know what a story has been added to a sprint...especially by another team member.

Dear @joyperez 

i have case slimier your case. the case is any issue update even by comment , assignee , linked with another issue the PM of project will receive announcement by new custom event.
