notifing to user with mention in comment

When a user mentioned in a comment, there is no notifier to same user,I want a plugin or gadget that notify to user. Is this possible?

hi @Marzi Goodarzian correct me if i am wrong, 

you want to receive a notification when you mention your self in a JIRA comment. 

I did a quick search in Atlassian market place and found NotifyMe! - Send emails to anyone plugin .

Also if it is not fitting i suggest you to contact a solution partner and get your feature implemented.
