oAuth details for JIRA

According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/allowing-oauth-access-781387238.html JIRA has out of the box support for oAuth. can you provide me the url for requestKey, approveKey, requestToken, authorize and accessToken. If no url is there, please provide me the class / interface name implementing oAuth in JIRA
