oauth1.0 problem

Hi i am new to jira,i have integrating jira in my application using oauth1.0

I referred the below mentioned link

i completed the all the steps and i got the output. but i want to give a request in java code not command line. can any one help to solve this?. and i have checked another link in that link you have specified one jar . but i not getting that jar. i have mentioned the below link and jar. can any one having the jar please post me.
