Portfolio 'Target start' and 'Target end' dates are slightly bugged in terms of date formats: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-1049 && https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-2949

You have to use specifically the format it wants. In your excel change the date format to exactly 'd/MMM/yy' and then specify it during the import wizard.

As far as I remember it only accepts that one specific format. It's been a very long time and I can't find any notes to confirm it, but I do remember it being this way.

Try changing your dates in your input to

02/Feb/2022

"MMM" means an alphabetic abbreviation for the month, not numeric.
