would some one who exactly know what must be done for fixing my problem\?

because no one answer me or no email. is there any body from atlassian support or jira software or confluence?

i made a great mistake. please just one of these persons answer me. 

I save our company sit`s name for 3 times and can't  change it any more, 

also ai a can do anything about this setting, would you please just answer me what should I do?

I think everyone has stopped listening, because you keep posting and ignoring all the answers you get.

A lot of your questions are going into spam because of the repeats.

I suggest you engage with the answers you've already had. 

Check both of your accounts for the responses to the original questions.  You can go to your account profile to see a list all the posts you have made (and been responded to) that have not been junked as spam.
