Hi @Vaisakhan_G_R 

Not natively - only the fields there now (Epic, Version) are possible to have there.

You could look at whether a Marketplace App might help here? I haven't seen this specific scenario - but you could alternatively consider...

• Scripting Apps, which allow you to do some modifications of the UI in Jira - like Scriptrunner
• Issue Colouring, having different Statuses represented by colours instead - using an App like Color Cards for Jira

Jo @Vaisakhan_G_R welcome on the community. Unfortunatelly there is no such configuration in Jira. You can configure backlog cards layout but it is what you already have (the left part of the card).
