problem accessing the file epic roadmap for JIRA software

When trying to install the file epic roadmpa for JIRA, i get the above error message. No further information, so i have no idea what to do.

Any suggestions?

It's often easier to contact the vendor directly for these types of queries. To do this...

1. Go to the App's Marketplace listing
2. Select the Support tab
3. On the right-hand side, use one of their contact options to request assistance
