Hi guys, I faced a problem to import data of spent hours from jira to eazybi tool. In documentation said that if Tempo Timesheets is installed in jira, eazybi will detect it automatically and show add-on tab in import settings to set data. We use Tempo Timesheets is about 3 years in our jira, but eazybi not detect it.
Could you help us to solve this issue? Because using this tool (eazybi) without data of spent time on each task or activity is not interesting.
I know it sounds silly but the first thing I'd check if the data is indeed synced.
Also I'd go over this again: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/data-from-jira-and-apps/tempo-timesheets-custom-fields
And if everything seems to be good but still no data then I'd check logs files.
Also restarting Jira or reconnecting EazyBi sometimes solves random problems.
I hope this helps somewhat.
Let me know if it did.
@Krisztian Kovacs Hi, I've read and DO this manual a lot of times but the problem is not solving.
The first point is "Please specify listed IP addresses in Tempo Access Control page to allow access to Tempo API from the same Jira server." and I do it: http://take.ms/hFBQm
But on the second step, I faced with this problem...

Sorry @Vladyslav Skrypnyk I can't see what's behind http://take.ms/hFBQm I assume you have the Tempo token and you use your local IP address?

@Krisztian Kovacs Problem is solved now. Support of tool helped me. For other guys who will face this issue, you need install jira addon and only then you can use Tempo data.
