problem when creating Subtasks

Hello Team, 

we just faced a problem that whenever we try to create any subtask, we faced the following error, although no updates where done from the team on Jira configurationScreenshot 2022-05-12 at 4.09.54 PM.png

Hi Mohamed,

This means that the User Story field is required to create a Sub-task in this case/project. So you will need to remove that requirement.

For me it is showing another values as requirement. How we can remove the requirements for this?

You need to edit the Field Configuration for that issue type and remove that the field is required.
