problem with values on transition screen

Hello, i configured a transition screen which showing 4 fields with my metrics.

Also those metrics are visible and editable on view screen.

So, sometimes my users fill metrics on view/edit screen, then they move issue to the next workflow step - and they see my transition popup with fields which should be filled as mandatory fields for that transition. And all metrics have some random values, not which users selected on view/edit screen.

Actually, it shouldn't be possible.

Customfields, on transition screen, shows the latest selected values. If not, please check issue history. Maybe someone changed the values?
