hola
pasa con cualquier extensión de fichero de imagen.
error que aparece en la consola F12
SCRIPT438: El objeto no acepta la propiedad o el método 'assign'
Archivo: batch.js, Línea: 1093, Columna: 119
I found something on Microsoft Community related to almost the same error, so let's try the tests they mentioned:
Reset the IE settings
1) In Internet Explorer, select the Tools menu and then click Internet Options.
2) Click the Advanced tab, Click Reset button.
3) Click Reset button while a prompt asks” Are you sure you want to reset all the Internet Explorer settings”.
4) Click Ok, restart your IE.
5) Please check the issue again.
Try deleting Temporary Internet Files, History and Cookies.
1. "Delete your Internet cookies"
2. "Clear the history of websites you've visited".
3. "Delete temporary Internet files".
Does the behavior persist in No Add-ons mode?
Please see and follow carefully this Blog post from the IE Team:

Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for the details. Can you open the developer tools (F12 key) on your browser and check if it shows any error?
Just to confirm, if you open a JPEG image it opens normally, the issue is only with PNG on IE11, is that correct?

Hello Esti,
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know if this is happening with any type of file or only images?
What type of image (extension) is it?
Can you send us a screenshot of when you click to open the image? Does it show any error?
Is it happening with all users?
Regards,
Angélica
