UPDATE: I went ahead and changed the sharing permissions to public, so users don't have to be logged in and the same problem occurs when I test with a dummy account.
I have created a dashboard for our CBO and head of fundraising to view some information they need. I setup a group and added them to it and gave the group view permissions. Then I shared the dashboard to that group and sent them the link.
Here's where the problem is: when they follow the link, they go to our service desk and not the dashboard. I've been researching to see if maybe there is a permissions problem, but I am getting no where. Does anyone have any recommendations or experience with this? It's important that we don't make the dashboard universally available or I would just do that.
Thanks!
They'll likely need a Service Desk License to see Service Desk Dashboards. Even as a JIRA admin I was unable to see any service desk specific dashboards until I granted myself a license to JSD.
