Olá Luciana,

Como vai você?

Meu nome é Mário e eu faço parte do time da ALM Works.

Hi Luciana,

In order to create Gantt charts, you can use an add-on for that. Linked below is a selection of 3rd party add-ons available for you to do that:

For importing, I would recommend using an add-on for that as well. One that is available is the MS Project Importer. You should also have a look at this thread regarding MS project importing: How do I get my MS Project 2010 data into Jira? It's related to MS Project 2010 but perhaps the information there can still help you.

Regarding exporting from Jira to MS Project, I don't have any specific recommendations for that, but perhaps someone here will have some advice for you.

I did find another article here that may be of use to you: MS Project and Jira. How to Integrate, Export and Import

Lastly, regarding organizing issues, there are a few ways you can do that:

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Shannon

Hi Luciana,

It seems like our BigPicture and BigTemplate Jira plugins would meet your needs.

Here are the Atlassian overview page for BigPicture Project Portfolio Management Suite:

and BigTemplate exporting tool:

You can always join our weekly demo sessions here:

to get a hands on idea what it's capable of.

I also recommend reviewing the films on our youtube channel here:

And last but not least - you can always write to our helpful Support Team who are always ready to help with installation and configuration of the plugin.
