which type of db are you using, how do your connection parameters looks like?

The connection parameters are the ones provided by digital ocean in terms of host, port, user, db, pass. I’m not sure if that’s what you meant by “connection parameters“

Yes that are the one i am referring to. 

Based on the shared message it seems that the communication with the db server is broken
