questions about dashboard

Hi,

in creating dashboard windows, the last 2 items are add views and editors, there are some options for them, one is group (confluence-external, crowd-users, jira-software-users), may I know is there any definition for them or any introduction list, can't distinguish every one very clearly.

Hi @yusi 

Just be aware that you need to be a member of the group you're trying to add as viewer or editor and that you need to confirm by clicking the Add button to the right of the field.

May I know the users scope about the named confluence-external, crowd-users, jira-software-users? Not sure who are in them, who are not, would like to train my colleagues about how to choose those 3 options.

Suddenly, I realized that you mean these 3 groups were created by my project's administration, not default by system, coz I'm common user, couldn't see some buttons from the menu, like setting, user or group creation...
