"Almost there!" message accessing next gen projects as admin

I followed the instructions in the post: Go to <your site name>.atlassian.net/jsd-next-gen. I did and I got the attached message. I'm JIRA admin. Any ideas? Thanks.

There is no attachment on your post.

The post you referenced concerns the Jira Service Management product. Is your site subscribed to that product?

Ours is, and when I use the above URL I get the page shown below. If your site is subscribed to Jira Service Management and you are not getting this, can you provide a screen shot of what you do see?
