"Assignee" Field yielding no team results

I've started having an issue today that is preventing me from reassigning issues - whenever I click the "Assignee" field on an issue it yields no results except "Automatic" "Unassigned" and "Assign to Me". 

Other user fields (reporters, etc) aren't having this issue.

I found that a system reboot, and logging in and out, can correct this and allow me to reassign an issue, but after reassigning one item, it goes back to yielding no results.

Other users aren't reporting this and have been able to reassign without issue.

EDIT: After posting this, multiple users internally have started reporting this issue.

Yes. There is an ongoing incident apparently. You can check Atlassian's status page and subscribe to the incident for updates.
