"Edit issue" screen configuration

How to add the "Reporter" field on the "Edit issue" screen configuration.

I want to enable the project members to choose another "Reporter" and "Assignee"  from corresponding field's drop-down menu.

Currently I can change only the Assignee in case that the issue is assigned to me.

But I cannot change the Reporter.

Hi @Robert Steiner and welcome!

You have to have to Modify Reporter permission

If you don't have it then go to project settings, permission, edit the scheme and add you role or yourself to that specific permission. Best practice though is to user project roles instead of anything else. Also make sure that Reporter field is present on the edit screen (by default it is).
