"Log in as user" greyed out

When trying to setup a dashboard for a user, I realised that I could not "login as user" for any user in our JIRA Cloud environment.

 

How can I enable this option?

@Alexandre Luca, are you admin?

As far as I’m concerned only admin users can login as user. 

Step by step:

  1. Go to site adminstration
    user.png
  2. Click on User's name
  3. Click on Log in as user
    login.PNG

 

Lemme know if this solve the problem or you can't see the "Log in as user" button.

It did! I played around a bit further, and saw that you can't login as people identified as "Site admin".
