"Mentioned in" link is not visible in JIRA

Hi community!

I´m facing the following problem - when I create (copy - paste) Jira issue link in Confluence page, link "Mentioned in" is not visible in Jira (view screen). However the link is created as Confluence contains link to this Jira issue. 

We have found out that once I create link as a Jira administrator, link is visible even on Jira side. But if I create link in Confluence as an end user, this link is not visible on Jira side. Am I anything missing why only Jira administrators are able to "see" this link?  I have checked permission schemes, but it doesn´t look issue is there.
