"My changes" -> "Do not notify me" for all the users

I would like to change the user settings "My Changes" to "Do not notify me" for all the users, in bulk. How could I do this please?

you can do this navigating to jira admin --> system --> Default user preferences --> uncheck the checkbox for Notify users of their own changes.

@Camille Lecerf and @Yogesh Mude Unless JIRA changed the admin setting the default will only affect NEW users, not current ones. I found this out early in my JIRA days and always set it to NO during JIRA install. I think they are looking for a way to turn it to No for all current users. There may be a scripting solution.
