"Project Import" feature unavailable

We are trying to import a project from our JIRA Server instance to an existing JIRA Cloud instance. However, we want to make sure the settings / issues / projects on the existing JIRA Cloud instance are not deleted / overwritten.

The instructions provided here show just what we want to do:

However, System > Project Import feature is unavailable.

Hi Kashyap,

You are reading the wrong article, it's about restoring a project from server to server or from cloud to server, but your case is from server to cloud. For that you need to read here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/project-import-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-691012062.html
