"Reopened" bugs statistics

I really hope you can help me.

I'm looking for a way to export to an excel file who is the bug assignee that had the highest number of reopened bugs during a certain project.

Hi Marina,

You can have the list of users with the number of reopened bugs by doing the following:

Create a filter that queries the bugs that were reopened. You can try something like issuetype = bug and (status = Reopened OR status was Reopened);
Add a Pie Chart gadget to a dashboard
On the gadget, add the filter to Project or Saved Filter and select assignee on Statistic Type

If you want to export the bug list to Excel, you can open the filter > click on Export > choose Excel (All fields) or Excel (Current fields).

This felt so close!

But my problem is that i need to get how many bugs got reopened after a developer worked on them.

But the developers usually are not the final assignees since the bugs go through Testing.
