"Restricted to developers" at the top of comments in notification emails

Hi ,

I want to see the "Restricted to developers" above the comment in the notification templates so that I dont have to scroll down the email . Currently, the email shows the "restricted to developers " at the botttom of comment.

Hi Mirek,

I am able to make changes to the notifications email via templates.But iam not able to find what changes and in which template will be requied to brinf "restricted to developers" at the top of the comment.
