"Share with customer" sends mail to reporter. Customize the email from header.

Hey,

I have customized the email header in "General Configuration" but this only works for email notifications for watchers and etc. 

This wont work if i press "Share with customer" in a project. What i get as a header is {fullname} <email@email.com>.

Is this a bug? I run JIRA 7.8.0

Hi @Patrick_Gove 

The configuration you mentioned only works for Jira and not Jira Service desk emails.

 I am not sure if you can edit the mail header without an addon like email this issue or customizing Jira Service Desk.
