"Something went wrong on our end", Unable to view projects/tasks

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this error:

Trace 0ba6fbcb9e824d18a65a48a1359d057a

The error is on the "projects" tab, and we are unable to access or view any of our projects/tasks. 

Thank you so much! Would appreciate any help/suggestions.

Looks like there was an active incident that would have lead to this error : https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/9m147l6xgg4w

This should be resolved now and you can retry.

If there is still any issues requests you to reach out to support  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ so that team can further check for your instance

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Those codes are useful only the Atlassian Technical Support for finding information within log files related to the problem. As users of our own Jira instances those codes are meaningless to us.

If the problem continues to recur, your Jira Administrators should open a support case with Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
